Tour cancellations
In the event that a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation more than 7 days before departure – 50% of total cost
- Cancellation less than 7 days before departure – 100% of total cost

These tours are offered by WALDRONSMITH Management, the Meeting Secretariat. The tours are based on scheduled public tours, and are not offered exclusively for participants and accompanying persons attending the RANZCOG 2010 Annual Scienti?c Meeting. All sightseeing tours include informative English speaking commentary, all entry fees and meals where specified. Comfortable shoes and clothing are recommended for all tours. For any outdoor tours we recommend that participants bring sun protection cream, sunhat and sunglasses.
