Accommodation rates for the InterContinental Adelaide (formerly Hyatt Regency Adelaide) and Stamford Plaza Adelaide include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Rates may increase without notice due to changes in government charges, taxes or levies. Accommodation rates for the Oaks Horizons Adelaide and Oaks Embassy Adelaide are exclusive of GST (GST is not applicable at the Oaks Hotels and Resorts).

Room types
‘King’ refers to a room with a king size bed. ‘Queen’ refers to room with a queen size bed. ‘Twin’ refers to a room with two beds.

How to book  accommodation
Please indicate your accommodation requirements when completing the registration form. As there is limited space available at each hotel, it is important that you book early. Accommodation will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of registration form and deposit payment /credit card details. Accommodation rates are for room only and do not include breakfast.

Booking deadlines
The meeting hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival; therefore any bookings made after Tuesday 16 February 2010 will be subject to availability.

Deposit
A deposit of at least one night’s tariff or credit card details (to be used to secure your booking) must accompany your registration form before your reservation can be made. The final account must be settled on check-out direct with the accommodation venue. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued at that time.

Payment of accommodation
The balance of your accommodation account and any incidental charges must be paid in full, directly to the hotel, on departure.

Early arrival  or late departure
Check in time for the meeting hotels is from 1400 hours. Please advise the Meeting Secretariat in writing if you will be arriving before this time as you may be required to book the previous night to guarantee immediate access to your room. Please also advise the Meeting Secretariat in writing if you  will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours to avoid your room  being released.

Change of booking
Any change to a reservation must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and not directly to the hotel.

Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of either a one night deposit or full payment may be imposed for cancellations within 30 days  of check in. Some hotels  may strictly enforce this.  Any amendments to original hotel booking must be forwarded in writing to  the Meeting Secretariat.
