INSURANCE
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate Registration Fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The Organising Committee and the Meeting Secretariat accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
In case of industrial disruption the Organising Committee, RANZCOG and the Meeting Secretariat accept no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.
NAME BADGES
All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn to obtain entry to all meeting sessions, social events and associated activities.
PARKING AT THE ADELAIDE CONVENTION CENTRE
The Adelaide Convention Centre operates both the Riverbank and North Terrace car parks, which are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Riverbank car park is accessed from Festival Drive and the North Terrace car park is accessed from North Terrace. A total of 1,250 spaces are available and access to the Convention Centre is via lift or elevator. The following rates are applicable to each car park and all prices are inclusive of GST.
Early bird A$9.00
Available 7 days for entry between 5am and 9.30am and exit by 6.30pm. Beyond 6.30pm casual parking charges will apply as below to a maximum of $24.00 for 24 hours inclusive of the early bird parking time.
Casual
- 0 – ½ hour A$2.00
- ½ – 1 hour A$4.00
- 1 – 2 hours A$8.00
- 2 – 3 hours A$10.00
Then an additional A$1.00 for each hour or part thereof to a maximum of $24.00 for each 24 hour period.
Trailers occupying a bay – same rates as above.
Motor bikes – $1.00 per hour or part thereof (must be parked in designated areas. Rates are applicable at time of printing.
TRADE EXHIBITION
The trade exhibition will be an integral component of the meeting.
This is a great opportunity for you to meet with trade representatives from the leading companies that provide products and services to the fields of obstetrics and gynaecology and find out about the latest developments and trends designed to assist practitioners.
The trade exhibition will be located in Exhibition Halls F and G on the ground floor of the Adelaide Convention Centre. To view current list of exhibitors, please click here. To acknowledge the importance of the exhibition, the meeting program has been structured to ensure delegates have ample time to visit the trade area. Daily morning, afternoon teas and lunches will be held in this area.
An exhibition passport will be issued to all delegates. Make sure you visit all exhibitors and have your exhibition passport stamped to be entered into a prize draw for announcement at the end of the meeting.
