The exhibitor staff registration form is accessed via the Exhibitor Login page. All exhibitor staff registrations must be made via the exhibitor staff registration form.

All fees quoted are in Australian dollars (A$) and are inclusive of GST.

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
- A refund of 90% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received prior to 19 February 2010.
- A refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received between 19 February 2010 and 5 March 2010.
- A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made for cancellations received on or after 5 March 2010.
- No refund will be paid following failure to attend without notice.
All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference.
Where there are extenuating circumstances, a full refund of the registration fee may be considered by and at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
PAYMENT
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment must accompany your registration form. Meeting registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please also note accommodation cannot be booked until a deposit of at least one night’s tariff or credit card details are received by the Meeting Secretariat. Payment can be made in the following ways:
1. Credit Card
MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Please note that WALDRONSMITH Management will appear on your credit card statement.
2. Cheque
Cheques must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges. Please draw cheques in favour of “WALDRONSMITH Management Pty Ltd – RANZCOG ASM” and print delegate name and organisation on rear of cheque before forwarding to Meeting Secretariat.
3. Electronic Funds transfer (EFT)
Must send remittance form by email to vicki@wsm.com.au or fax to 03 9645 6322 to ensure that the funds will be allocated correctly. Please quote delegate’s surname as EFT reference.
